In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph87 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ph87 account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ph87 is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include: passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and UMID.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your ph87 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
5. Account Security
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph87 account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.
5.2 You must notify ph87 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
5.3 ph87 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph87 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph87 support immediately.
5.4 ph87 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from ph87's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on ph87 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph87 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
6.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. ph87 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
6.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your ph87 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
6.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. ph87 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.7 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the ph87 platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. ph87 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits at its discretion.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 ph87 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph87 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
7.4 ph87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.
8. Game Rules & Fairness
8.1 All casino games available on the ph87 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems used by ph87's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
8.2 Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, ph87 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. ph87 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9. Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph87 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to ph87 support immediately;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account;

9.2 ph87 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation. ph87 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the ph87 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of ph87 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph87 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph87 content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph87 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 ph87's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph87 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

- The Player is under 21 years of age;
- The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;

13.2 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ph87 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
13.3 Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ph87 platform, you agree to first contact ph87 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph87 will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.1 ph87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
15.2 Where changes are material, ph87 will endeavor to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the ph87 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ph87 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
